A dedicated Personal Data Protection Bill has been drafted and is under consideration by Pakistan's legislature but has not yet been enacted into law. Qanzeto.com is committed to complying with applicable law as it currently stands and to updating this Policy as and when new data protection legislation takes effect in Pakistan.

8. Shopify Platform & Hosting

Qanzeto.com is built on and powered by Shopify, which hosts our website, powers our online store, and processes orders on our behalf. As our platform provider, Shopify may automatically collect certain technical information, such as your device information, browser type, IP address, pages visited, and website interactions, to help operate, secure, and improve the Shopify platform. This information also helps us understand how visitors use our website and improve the overall shopping experience.

Shopify acts as a service provider with respect to the personal information it processes on our behalf, and it may also process certain information for its own purposes, such as platform security and improvement, as described in Shopify's own Privacy Policy. 9. Meta Pixel & Conversions API

We use Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to better understand how visitors interact with our website and to measure and improve the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns on Meta platforms, including Facebook and Instagram. These technologies may collect information such as:

  • Pages you visit.
  • Products you view.
  • Items added to your cart.
  • Checkout activity.
  • Completed purchases and order value.
  • Device and browser information.
  • General location information based on your IP address.

Some of this information may be shared with Meta in a hashed (encrypted) form via the Conversions API, even if you do not interact directly with an advertisement.

Where we run advertising campaigns to reach existing customers or find new customers with similar characteristics, we may upload certain contact information you have provided to us, such as your email address and/or phone number, to Meta in a hashed, non-human-readable format. Meta uses this to match you against its user base to create Custom Audiences (to show ads to our existing customers) and Lookalike Audiences (to reach people with similar characteristics). Meta does not receive this information in plain text, and we do not permit Meta to use it for any purpose other than delivering our advertising campaigns. If you would prefer we not include your information in this process, please contact us using the details in Section 25.

Meta processes this information in accordance with its own Privacy Policy and Business Tools Terms. If you have a Facebook or Instagram account, you may be able to manage how your information is used for advertising through your Meta account's ad preference settings. We encourage you to review Meta's privacy practices for additional information.

10. Other Analytics, Advertising & Marketing Tools

In addition to the tools described above, we may, from time to time, use other analytics, advertising, email marketing, or customer engagement tools to help us operate and improve our Services. 12. Payment Processing & Security

To process and fulfill your orders, we collect the information necessary to verify purchases, prepare shipments, and provide customer support. We currently offer multiple payment options, including:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Bank Transfer
  • Debit & Credit Cards
  • Easypaisa
  • JazzCash
  • Other payment methods that may be made available from time to time.

Depending on the payment method you choose, your payment information may be processed by trusted, independent payment providers or financial institutions, using appropriate industry-standard security measures. Qanzeto.com does not store your complete debit or credit card information on its own servers.

13. Shipping & Order Fulfillment

We currently deliver orders within Pakistan. Orders are generally processed and delivered within 2–5 working days, although delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

To complete your order, we share necessary information, such as your name, phone number, and delivery address, with our shipping partners, TCS and Leopards Courier, solely for the purpose of delivering your order and providing shipment updates.

14. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We want you to shop with confidence. Eligible products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy.

To process a return, exchange, or refund request, we may collect information such as your order number, contact details, product information, photographs (where applicable), and the reason for your request. This information is used only to verify eligibility, process your request, and improve our customer service.

Please note that certain products may not qualify for return or exchange due to hygiene, customization, misuse, damage after delivery, or other limitations described in our Return & Exchange Policy.

While Qanzeto.com currently serves customers within Pakistan, some of our service providers, including Shopify and Meta Platforms, operate and store data on servers located outside Pakistan. As a result, your personal information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in countries other than Pakistan, which may have data protection laws that differ from those in your country.
